개발자 및 서비스 제공자: Dosimto (도심토)

파온 v1은 계정 생성·로그인 없이 사용하는 기기 로컬 골프 기록 앱입니다. 이 버전에는 분석 도구, 기록을 보관하는 개발자 서버, 계정 기능이 없으며, 점수 기록을 개발자나 제3자에게 자동으로 전송하는 기능도 없습니다. 사용자가 직접 선택한 경우에만 기록 내보내기(엑셀 파일)나 스코어카드 이미지 공유로 파일을 만들어 기기의 공유 시트로 보낼 수 있으며, 받는 곳은 사용자가 공유 시트에서 고르고, 사용자가 개발자에게 직접 보내지 않는 한 개발자는 그 파일을 받지 않습니다. 코스 설정 화면의 골프장 추가 요청은 사용자가 [전송]을 누를 때만 입력한 글을 개발자에게 보냅니다(‘7. 골프장 추가 요청과 문의’ 절). 광고 표시와 그에 따른 정보 처리는 아래 ‘광고 및 행태정보’ 절을 확인해 주세요.

2. 기기에 저장되는 정보

코스명, 플레이 날짜, 라운드 시작·종료·수정 시각, 홀별 파·스코어·퍼트·페어웨이 안착 여부, 라운드 메모, 기록 숨김 여부와 선택한 색상 테마·언어 설정은 기록 기능을 위해 사용자의 기기에만 저장됩니다. 이 밖에 이 기기 안에서 기록을 구분하기 위해 앱이 처음 실행될 때 만드는 무작위 설치 식별자와, 전면 광고가 너무 자주 표시되지 않도록 라운드를 마친 뒤 전면 광고를 마지막으로 표시한 시각도 기기에 저장됩니다. 이 두 값은 ‘모든 라운드 기록 삭제’를 해도 남고, 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다. 개발자는 이 정보를 수집하거나 열람하지 않습니다. 사용자가 골프장 추가 요청이나 문의 메일로 직접 보낸 내용은 ‘7. 골프장 추가 요청과 문의’ 절을 따릅니다.

3. 시스템 백업 (Android·iOS)

Android에서 기기 백업이 켜져 있으면 운영체제의 백업 기능이 앱 데이터를 사용자의 Google 계정에 복사할 수 있습니다. 이는 Google/Android가 제공하는 기기 백업이며, 개발자는 백업 데이터를 받거나 관리하지 않습니다. 백업·복원 여부와 보관은 사용자의 Android 및 Google 설정을 따릅니다.

iOS에서는 기기의 iCloud 백업 또는 기기 간 전송이 켜져 있으면 iOS가 앱 데이터를 사용자의 iCloud 계정에 복사할 수 있습니다. 이는 Apple이 제공하는 기기 백업이며, 개발자는 백업 데이터를 받거나 관리하지 않습니다. 백업·복원 여부와 보관은 사용자의 iOS 및 iCloud 설정을 따릅니다.

4. 삭제와 보관

기록 탭에서 개별 라운드를 삭제하거나 설정 탭의 ‘모든 라운드 기록 삭제’(숨긴 기록 포함)를 실행하면 해당 기록은 앱의 로컬 저장소에서 제거됩니다. 앱을 삭제하면 기기에 저장된 앱 데이터도 삭제됩니다. 다만 Android 또는 iOS 시스템 백업에 이미 포함된 데이터의 보존·삭제·복원은 운영체제 및 Google·Apple 설정에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.

5. 광고 및 행태정보

이 앱은 Google AdMob(Google LLC)을 통해 광고를 표시합니다. 광고는 탭 화면 네 개(홈·기록·스탯·설정) 하단의 배너와, 라운드를 끝낸 뒤 스코어카드에서 탭 화면으로 돌아갈 때의 전면 광고로만 표시되며, 라운드를 기록하는 화면(코스 설정·홀 입력·스코어카드)에는 표시되지 않습니다.

광고 게재를 위해 Google Mobile Ads SDK와 UMP SDK(수집 주체: Google LLC)가 다음 정보를 수집·이용할 수 있습니다: 광고 ID(AAID) 또는 iOS 광고 식별자(IDFA) 등 기기 식별자, IP 주소에 기반한 대략적 위치, 광고 노출·클릭 등 앱 상호작용 정보, 진단 정보. 이 정보는 광고 게재·측정 및 부정 사용 방지 목적으로 Google에 전송되며, 보유 기간은 Google의 데이터 보관 정책을 따릅니다.

국외 이전 고지: 위 정보는 광고 요청 시 네트워크를 통해 Google LLC(미국 소재, 문의: https://policies.google.com/privacy)로 이전됩니다. 이전되는 항목·목적·보유 기간은 위와 같으며, 광고 ID 삭제·재설정(아래 거부 방법)으로 이전을 거부할 수 있습니다. 거부해도 앱의 기록 기능 이용에는 제한이 없습니다.

거부 방법(Android): 설정 → 개인정보 보호 → 광고에서 광고 ID를 삭제하거나 재설정할 수 있습니다.

거부 방법(iOS): 라운드를 한 번 이상 완료한 뒤 탭 화면(홈·기록·스탯·설정)에서 ‘다른 앱 및 웹사이트에 걸친 추적 허용’ 요청이 표시됩니다. 요청에 답하기 전이거나 허용하지 않으면 광고 식별자(IDFA)가 제공되지 않아 맞춤형이 아닌 일반 광고만 표시되며, 앱의 기록 기능 이용에는 제한이 없습니다. 이후에도 iOS 설정 → 개인정보 보호 및 보안 → 추적에서 언제든 허용 여부를 변경할 수 있습니다.

6. 향후 기능

유료 코스 정보 보강, 계정 기반 백업 등은 이 버전에 포함되어 있지 않습니다. 이러한 기능을 도입하기 전에는 필요한 고지와 동의를 반영해 이 방침을 갱신합니다.

코스 설정 화면의 ‘홈페이지 주소를 보내 주세요.’에서 [전송]을 누르면, 입력한 글과 함께 구장 이름 입력칸의 내용, 앱 언어, 앱 버전, 기기 종류(iOS·Android)가 개발자에게 전송됩니다. [전송]을 누르기 전에는 아무것도 전송되지 않습니다. 이름·이메일 주소 같은 연락처는 묻지 않으며, 입력한 글에 적지 않는 한 받지 않습니다. 이 정보는 골프장 정보를 확인해 앱에 반영하는 데에만 쓰고, 앱의 골프장 목록에는 골프장 이름·홀별 파 같은 골프장 정보만 옮깁니다.

요청은 Google Apps Script(Google LLC, 미국 소재)를 거쳐 개발자의 Gmail 계정에 메일로 전달되며, 그 밖의 곳에는 저장하지 않습니다. 전송 과정에서 Google이 IP 주소 같은 접속 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 요청을 보내지 않아도 앱 이용에는 아무 제한이 없습니다.

지원 이메일로 문의 메일을 보내시면 보낸 분의 이메일 주소와 메일 내용(첨부 포함)을 받게 되며, 답변에만 씁니다. 골프장 추가 요청과 문의 메일은 개발자의 Gmail 계정(Google LLC, 미국 소재)에 보관되고, 처리가 끝난 날부터 6개월 안에 삭제합니다. 같은 주소로 요청하시면 그 전에라도 삭제합니다.

1. Scope of the v1 service

Developer and service provider: Dosimto

PARON v1 is an on-device golf record app that you use without creating an account or signing in. This version has no analytics tools, developer servers that store records, or account features, and no feature automatically sends your score records to the developer or third parties. You can create a file with Export records (Excel file) or by sharing a scorecard image and send it through your device's share sheet, but only when you choose to do so; you choose the recipient in the share sheet, and the developer does not receive the file unless you send it to the developer yourself. A course request on the course setup screen sends the text you entered to the developer only when you tap Send (see ‘7. Course requests and contact’). For how ads are shown and the related processing of information, see the ‘Advertising and behavioral information’ section below.

2. Information stored on your device

Course names, play dates, the times a round was started, finished, and last edited, per-hole par, score, putts, and fairway hits, round notes, whether a record is hidden, and your selected color theme and language setting are stored only on your device for the record-keeping features. In addition, a random installation identifier that the app creates the first time it runs, used to tell records apart on this device, and the time a full-screen ad was last shown after a finished round, used so that full-screen ads are not shown too often, are also stored on your device. These two values remain after ‘Delete all rounds’ and are deleted when you delete the app. The developer does not collect or view this information. Anything you send to the developer yourself as a course request or by contact email is handled as described in ‘7. Course requests and contact’.

3. System backup (Android and iOS)

On Android, if device backup is turned on, the operating system's backup feature may copy app data to your Google account. This is a device backup provided by Google/Android, and the developer does not receive or manage the backup data. Whether data is backed up or restored, and how it is kept, follows your Android and Google settings.

On iOS, if iCloud Backup or device-to-device transfer is turned on, iOS may copy app data to your iCloud account. This is a device backup provided by Apple, and the developer does not receive or manage the backup data. Whether data is backed up or restored, and how it is kept, follows your iOS and iCloud settings.

4. Deletion and retention

When you delete an individual round in the Records tab, or run ‘Delete all rounds’ (hidden records included) in the Settings tab, those records are removed from the app's local storage. Deleting the app also deletes the app data stored on your device. However, the retention, deletion, and restoration of data already included in an Android or iOS system backup may depend on the operating system and your Google or Apple settings.

5. Advertising and behavioral information

This app shows ads through Google AdMob (Google LLC). Ads are shown only as a banner at the bottom of the four tab screens (Home, Records, Stats, Settings) and as a full-screen ad when you return to a tab screen from the scorecard of a round you have just finished; they are not shown on the screens where you record a round (course setup, hole entry, scorecard).

To serve ads, the Google Mobile Ads SDK and the UMP SDK (collecting party: Google LLC) may collect and use the following information: device identifiers such as the advertising ID (AAID) or the iOS advertising identifier (IDFA), approximate location based on IP address, app interaction information such as ad impressions and clicks, and diagnostic information. This information is sent to Google for ad serving and measurement and to prevent fraud and abuse, and its retention period follows Google's data retention policies.

Transfer of information outside Korea: The information above is transferred over the network to Google LLC (located in the United States; contact: https://policies.google.com/privacy) when ads are requested. The items transferred, the purposes, and the retention period are as described above, and you can refuse the transfer by deleting or resetting your advertising ID (see the opt-out methods below). Refusing does not limit your use of the app's record-keeping features.

How to opt out (Android): You can delete or reset your advertising ID in Settings → Privacy → Ads.

How to opt out (iOS): After you have completed at least one round, a request to ‘allow tracking of your activity across other companies' apps and websites’ appears on a tab screen (Home, Records, Stats, Settings). Until you respond, or if you do not allow it, the advertising identifier (IDFA) is not provided, so only general, non-personalized ads are shown, and your use of the app's record-keeping features is not limited. You can change this at any time afterward in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

6. Future features

Paid course information enhancements, account-based backup, and similar features are not included in this version. Before introducing such features, the developer will update this policy to reflect the required notices and consent.

7. Course requests and contact

When you tap Send under ‘Send us its website address.’ on the course setup screen, the text you entered is sent to the developer together with the contents of the golf course name field, the app language, the app version, and the device type (iOS or Android). Nothing is sent before you tap Send. We do not ask for contact details such as your name or email address, and we do not receive them unless you write them in the text. This information is used only to check the golf course information and add it to the app; only golf course information such as the course name and per-hole par is copied into the app's course list.

Requests are delivered as email to the developer's Gmail account through Google Apps Script (Google LLC, located in the United States) and are not stored anywhere else. Google may process connection information such as your IP address while delivering a request. Not sending a request does not limit your use of the app in any way.

If you send an email to the support address, the developer receives your email address and the contents of the email (including attachments) and uses them only to reply. Course requests and contact emails are kept in the developer's Gmail account (Google LLC, located in the United States) and are deleted within six months after the inquiry is resolved. If you ask us at the same address, we will delete them sooner.

2. 端末に保存される情報

コース名、プレー日、ラウンドの開始・終了・修正の日時、ホールごとのパー・スコア・パット・フェアウェイキープ、ラウンドのメモ、記録の非表示設定、選択したカラーテーマと言語設定は、記録機能のためにユーザーの端末にのみ保存されます。このほか、この端末内で記録を区別するためにアプリの初回起動時に作られる無作為のインストール識別子と、全画面広告が表示されすぎないように、ラウンド終了後に全画面広告を最後に表示した日時も端末に保存されます。この2つの値は「全ラウンド記録を削除」を実行しても残り、アプリを削除すると一緒に削除されます。開発者はこれらの情報を収集・閲覧しません。ユーザーがゴルフ場の追加依頼やお問い合わせメールで直接送った内容は、「7. ゴルフ場の追加依頼とお問い合わせ」の項に従います。

3. システムバックアップ（Android・iOS）

Androidで端末のバックアップがオンになっている場合、OSのバックアップ機能によってアプリのデータがユーザーのGoogleアカウントにコピーされることがあります。これはGoogle/Androidが提供する端末のバックアップであり、開発者はバックアップデータを受け取ったり管理したりしません。バックアップ・復元の有無と保管は、ユーザーのAndroidおよびGoogleの設定に従います。

4. 削除と保管

記録タブで個別のラウンドを削除するか、設定タブの「全ラウンド記録を削除」（非表示の記録を含む）を実行すると、その記録はアプリのローカル保存領域から削除されます。アプリを削除すると、端末に保存されたアプリのデータも削除されます。ただし、AndroidまたはiOSのシステムバックアップにすでに含まれているデータの保存・削除・復元は、OSおよびGoogle・Appleの設定によって異なる場合があります。

5. 広告および行動情報

このアプリはGoogle AdMob（Google LLC）を通じて広告を表示します。広告は、4つのタブ画面（ホーム・記録・スタッツ・設定）下部のバナーと、ラウンドを終えた直後にスコアカードからタブ画面に戻るときの全画面広告としてのみ表示され、ラウンドを記録する画面（コース設定・ホール入力・スコアカード）には表示されません。

広告配信のため、Google Mobile Ads SDKとUMP SDK（収集主体：Google LLC）が次の情報を収集・利用することがあります：広告ID（AAID）またはiOSの広告識別子（IDFA）などの端末識別子、IPアドレスに基づくおおよその位置情報、広告の表示・クリックなどのアプリ操作に関する情報、診断情報。これらの情報は、広告の配信・測定および不正利用の防止を目的としてGoogleに送信され、保存期間はGoogleのデータ保持ポリシーに従います。

国外移転に関する告知：上記の情報は、広告のリクエスト時にネットワークを通じてGoogle LLC（米国所在、お問い合わせ：https://policies.google.com/privacy）に移転されます。移転される項目・目的・保存期間は上記のとおりで、広告IDの削除・リセット（下記の拒否方法）により移転を拒否できます。拒否してもアプリの記録機能の利用に制限はありません。

拒否方法（Android）：「設定」→「プライバシー」→「広告」で、広告IDを削除またはリセットできます。

拒否方法（iOS）：ラウンドを1回以上完了した後、タブ画面（ホーム・記録・スタッツ・設定）で「他社のAppやWebサイトを横断したアクティビティの追跡を許可しますか？」という確認が表示されます。確認に答える前、または許可しない場合は、広告識別子（IDFA）が提供されないため、パーソナライズされていない一般的な広告のみが表示され、アプリの記録機能の利用に制限はありません。その後も、iOSの「設定」→「プライバシーとセキュリティ」→「トラッキング」で、いつでも許可するかどうかを変更できます。

6. 今後の機能

有料のコース情報の拡充、アカウントによるバックアップなどは、このバージョンには含まれていません。これらの機能を導入する前に、必要な告知と同意を反映してこのポリシーを更新します。

7. ゴルフ場の追加依頼とお問い合わせ

コース設定画面の「ホームページのURLをお送りください。」で［送信］を押すと、入力した文章とあわせて、ゴルフ場名の入力欄の内容、アプリの言語、アプリのバージョン、端末の種類（iOS・Android）が開発者に送信されます。［送信］を押す前には何も送信されません。お名前やメールアドレスなどの連絡先はお尋ねせず、入力した文章に書かない限り受け取りません。これらの情報はゴルフ場の情報を確認してアプリに反映するためにのみ使い、アプリのゴルフ場一覧にはゴルフ場名やホールごとのパーなどのゴルフ場情報だけを移します。

依頼はGoogle Apps Script（Google LLC、米国所在）を通じて開発者のGmailアカウントにメールで届き、それ以外の場所には保存しません。送信の過程で、GoogleがIPアドレスなどの接続情報を処理することがあります。依頼を送らなくても、アプリの利用に制限はありません。

サポートのメールアドレスにお問い合わせメールをお送りいただくと、送信者のメールアドレスとメールの内容（添付を含む）を開発者が受け取り、返信にのみ使います。ゴルフ場の追加依頼とお問い合わせメールは開発者のGmailアカウント（Google LLC、米国所在）に保管され、対応が終わった日から6か月以内に削除します。同じアドレスにご依頼いただければ、それより前でも削除します。
